The central location in Martina Franca, in an ancient house renovated to new, well soundproofed, arranged on two floors with a beautiful terrace on the third level with a panoramic view, comfortable beds, with air conditioner, which I believe is not necessary (since the 06/28/2019 around 40 degrees and Martina Franca in the evening 25th) kitchen and bathroom concentrated, but with all the services, and the bar, for those who like to have breakfast cappuccino and fresh brioche (production of the same) at 15 meters from the front door. and last but not least, the kind and courteous owner, who will give you all the explanations you need, place, services, etc.

There are no criticisms to make, except to say that for a disabled motor is not indescribable, given the steep flight of stairs to access the apartment and the parking lots, in the immediate vicinity, about ten meters, are a fee

Great location in historical part of town, however lots of social gathering nearby till early hours if morning. extremely steep internal stairs to two levels. Not suitable for children, elderly or with disability. No laundry. However lovely heritage building with character.

L'ambiente è molto pulito, accogliente e ben arredato. Sono presenti tutti i servizi più innovativi: Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fornelli a induzione. Complimenti alle proprietarie per la gentilezza e la cortesia. Ci torneremo

Giulia e Marianna sono due host fantastiche, ottima accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità. La casa, carinissima in ogni dettaglio, è nella posizione migliore che si possa desiderare. Ottima per soggiorni brevi, anche di lavoro, fino a sei persone.

Bellissimo, ottimo per rigenerarsi e ripartire.

La posizione centrale a Martina Franca , in una abitazione antica ristrutturata a nuovo, ben insonorizzata, disposta su due piani con al terzo livello un bellissimo terrazzo con scorcio panoramico, letti comodi, con condizionatore , che a mio avviso, non serve (visto che il 28/06/2019 in giro cerano 40 gradi e Martina Franca alla sera 25°) cucina abitabile e bagno concentrato, ma con tutti i servizi, e il bar, a chi piace fare colazione cappuccino e brioche fresche (produzione del medesimo) a 15 metri dalla porta d'ingresso. e come ultima cosa , ma importante , la proprietaria gentile e cortese, che vi darà tutte le delucidazioni che servono, posto , servizi ecc.

Non ci sono critiche da fare, salvo dire che per un disabile motorio non è indicabile , visto la rampa di scale ripide per accedere all'appartamento e i parcheggi , nelle immediate vicinanze, una decina di metri, sono a pagamento

Suitable for a family or a couple. At 15 min from the shores on the Adriatic and at an hour from the Ionian Sea which is however very feasible. Ideal for those who visit the zoosafari or Alberobello reachable in 15 min. Finally the most important part is the unforgettable kindness and the availability of the owners will make the stay even more pleasant.
